Health Insurance Questions

I do not accept Health Insurance, however I do offer an out of network provider Superbill to those of you whose insurance companies allow you to use one. 
 

What is a Superbill? It is a receipt for massage that you pay for at the time of service containing the codes you need to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 
 

I encourage you to check with your insurance company and see if they allow for this form of patient self pay reimbursement.
